I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bitwise (Pune) in Oct 2017
Interview
I interviewed at Bitwise on October 27th and attended the drive at Zeal college Pune on 26th.
There were 1700 registrations for the drive.
October 26th: Online test and GD
The online test had 2 sections Aptitude(25 min, 20 questions) and SQL(35 min, 22 questions). It had a sectional cut-off of 50%.
SQL was pretty easy and so was the aptitude which consisted mostly of logical reasoning.
There were a lot of dice pattern questions. This is where the triple-digit strength was boiled down to double digits.
Our topic for GD was Hard work vs Smart work. We were first asked to introduce ourselves and then the GD was conducted for 15 minutes. At the end, everyone was given the chance to conclude. The HRs listened carefully and attentively all throughout.
Selected candidates were asked to come at the Bitwise Terra tower on the next day.
October 27th: Technical and HR (Only around 30 candidates left)
We were given a paper with three programs and asked to write the logic. The solutions we wrote were attached to our resume and then the technical round began.
Every interview lasted for around 40 minutes. They grilled the candidates on every word mentioned on the resume and SQL particularly. They asked random 3-4 programs to every candidate and a logical puzzle at the end. 1 in every 3 candidates was selected for the final interview.
I was flabbergasted by the quality of the Bitwise team for the selection process. The HRs who conducted the test and GD were some of the passionate people I had ever seen. After the technical interview, every candidate regardless of whether they were selected or rejected appreciated the quality of questions put forth by their panel in the technical interview.
HR Interview: Less than 10 candidates remaining and we were given ample time to relax and have a lunch break. This interview lasted 10 minutes. It was a casual interview with some technical questions.

Interview
Round 1: I had applied for Bitwise off-campus recruitment drive in 2019. The first round was Aptitude + SQL ( MCQ Questions ). Questions were quite easy. Cleared the interview easily. I got a call for Group Discussion round the next day. Round 2: Third round was the Technical Coding round. A time slot of 15 minutes was given to write down three codes. Execute both if and else statements. Remove adjacent characters from a string. Sum of a number until a single digit number. These codes then have to be explained to the technical head as to what logic you have used. They will try to confuse you but you should stay on your point and explain the programs. I received an e-mail after one week for the final round. Round 4: This round was a Technical+HR round. It started with:
