I applied through college campus in Pune. The aptitude was quite easy. Very easy infact. Aptitude was based on the following:
1)Logical(Mainly number series and picture puzzles), only 2 questions were of quant(formula for circumference and cone area related)
2)SQL
GD was quite easy too if u are good at communication and english.
Tip:Try to be more engaging in the discussion rather than arguing with each other. Be intrested in what others have to say too. We were lucky enough as the let us choose our own topic. We suggested a few a one was agreed upon: Should Smartphones Be Allowed For College Students In The Campus
Now the technical interview was quite tough which was conducted the next day at their office: Bitwise Terratowers(Baner, Pune).
Firstly a written exam was conducted where we were given 3 programs codes to write(attempt them in any language u are comfortable in). Mostly it is required u either write the codes in either C, C++ or Java. The Test lasted 15 minutes.
Tip: even if u are not able to solve the code, u should know the logic to explain it to the interviewer.
Codes given are array related(matrix:2d array), string related, fibonacci, recurrence, addition of numbers in a user input number, pascal's triangle, factorial, palindrome, both statements in the if and else loop should be displayed, etc
Immediately after the test the Technical Interview was conducted.
Here they asked about the code I wrote in the test i.e. the logic applied. They might even give u another code to write in the interview. Basic C, C++ questions were asked.
Be thorough with SQL. I cannot exaggerate more on this. Mostly questions are asked on Joins, subqueries, where clause etc. Even the questions based on my project asked were DB related. So know everything about your project, C, C++ and SQL thoroughly.
The final HR interview was conducted the next day. I did not pass the technical so couldn't go through to the the final HR interview. But I heard from my friends that it was quite difficult. Both HR related questions and more technical questions were asked during this final interview.
Overall process was very good. Very professional. Totally unbiased. Interviewers are very polite and professional.
