I applied online. I interviewed at Bitwise (Pune) in Oct 2018
Interview
The 1st round was online aptitude and sql test and then group Discussion was conducted. The shortlisted candidates were called the next day for further rounds. We were waiting the whole day and finally our technical round was conducted at 6 pm.The technical questions were easy based on java and sql. After clearing the technical we were called for hr the next day.But after waiting for a long time when the hr round was actually conducted it seemed to be a advanced technical round rather then hr.They needed freshers with so much technical knowledge but my question is if they want to conduct a technical rather then hr then name it as a technical round so students can prepare accordingly. And please keep the difficulty level for each candidate the same. Some students are given easy questions by some hrs while some face difficult questions by other hrs. Please don't waste anyone's time if you aren't interested in recruiting them.
