I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bizzabo (New York, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview consisted of an initial phone call interview that I would consider a screener interview. After they see if your values and work ethic matches the companies vision, you are then moved on to a video interview with the head of the department you are applying for. This interview is pretty thorough and many questions are asked to see if you are a right fit. After I was supposed to have another video interview but since I had to make an urgent decision my interview process was expedited and I was invited for an in-person interview. The in person interview is pretty long, about 2 and a half hours, and during you speak to about 5 people within the company including one of the co-founders. This interview is also very extensive with multiple scenarios being tested in addition to them testing your company fit.
