I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bizzabo (New York, NY) in Jun 2020
Interview
The interview process was all over the place, and didn't create a great candidate experience at all. I wasn't overly excited by the opportunity or growth potential of the company as it seemed to be haphazard in the interview process, which I viewed indicative of the standard/quality of work as an employee. They seemed to go back and forth with rejections and next stages, and didn't seem to know who or what they were wanting from a candidate in this role. It was a waste of time and seemed like the teams really wanted someone to come in and comply with their way of working rather than bring fresh eyes and new methods to the table in order to make things better.
Advice would be to be very careful- other reviews seem to reflect this experience once you're an employee, and having had experience of a toxic environment before I am lucky the experience was negative, as it feels I've dodged experiencing that again.

Interview
One of the best interview processes I've been been through. Fast communication! The recruiter kept me updated throughout with only a day or two between emails. The only downside is that I had asked for feedback when I was not given an offer and was met with vague reasoning.
- First-round video interview with a TA specialist
- Second-round video interview with Director
- Third-round video interview with would-be Manager/Supervisor
All within two weeks!

*Very* specific scenario questioning during the second round interview - wish I could remember one!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bizzabo (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview process was long, but it happened very fast. There were 5 interviews in total, one of them being a recorded presentation. The recruiter was extremely quick with feedback and next steps - I never had to wait more than 1 day to hear back from her. The feedback was nice to have, it reassured me that things went well. Also, she was great at answering my questions (outside of the interview process). Overall this was the fastest process I have gone through for interviews, even though it required many steps and effort.
