The entire process lasted less than a month. I met with a recruiter, then the Revenue Marketing Director, followed by the VP of Operations, Digital Marketing Manager, Manager of Revenue Operations, and finally, the Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer. Five interviews in total, along with a marketing assignment. I left each interview feeling confident and received great feedback from my recruiter. Unfortunately, at the last interview with the Co-Founder, he let me know that they were looking for someone with 5 years of Marketing Operations experience (the job description listed 3+) and more ABM experience (not listed on job description requirements). Honestly, I'm frustrated. I understand if I'm not the right candidate, but please don't wait until the last meeting to disqualify someone due to experience. This should have happened in the first or second meeting.
