I have applied through someone I already knew at the company. The recruiter has contacted to me pretty quickly and scheduled the initial call. Unfirtunately, the position was already filled, however, I was contacted a month later for a new opening. Everything was super efficient, timely, and with great communication flow. I spoke with the hiring manager, answering questions about my experience and how I can help the company to grow, especially her department. The final round of interviews was with the CMO and the hiring manager in a format of 30-min presentation. I was tasked with a specific situation/event prep - idea, format, budgeting. After presenting I had 1:1 with the CMO.
