An HR rep scheduled a phone interview (Covid times) with me and sent me content to read as preparation. I have invested time in this and then she emailed me 30 minutes before the interview saying that she had to cancel and asked if I can make it on another day. I have replied her twice but she hasn't answered me. A week later, after a friend of mine who's working at the company, checked with HR what has happened, she emailed me again and asked when I can meet. I have replied almost immediately and never heard back from her again.
Very unprofessional I must say. If you'll have a look at other interview reviews on Glassdoor you'll see that this has happened also to others.
Apparently this company has many candidates and so they feel as if they can mistreat them. I do hope for their employees that they treat them better then they treat their candidates.
I won't recommend starting a hiring process with them.
