The process was simple and effective- great team. Issue only came with the HR representative recruiting me. Horribly unprofessional, rude, and condescending with every conversation. Between 3 interviews, this HR person called me over 10 times. Refused to have any conversation over email. When it came time to give an offer, I was told I was required to accept over the phone right then and there, no written offer would be given, and if I did not accept verbally on the spot Black Duck “would not wait around for me” and my offer would be rescinded. I wish I had an opportunity to speak with hiring management instead of the HR person who was horrible, but oh well. Needless to say I did not accept the offer!
