Interview process is very good :). Gone through all the technical questions. Total 3 technical rounds with full of .net questions with real time scenarios along with proof of code. HR round is not good. If they really required a technical person they should discuss and should tell their offerings. But it's not happened. HR will tell that, will send offer letter in next 2 days but don't send. At least didn't give any update even if we send mail about the status. This kind of HR policy will create negative impact on company. It should change.
