The Hiring Process is itself is a undeterministic and unpredictable, I went down in walkin interview had some technical questions , after 3 months I scheduled for the 2nd round , when followed up in between first I was told I didn't cleared the first round , after few days they called me and when could I will be available for the 2nd round, which is really funny, how come a person can interviewed for 2nd round without clearing 1st round, on asking they said it was miscommunication, Ok fine, When I went for the second round they said it was postponed for some other day, I was not even informed on phone that it has been postponed, and I also got confirmation call whether I coming for the interview or not , God this is really irritating, And finally they scheduled the 2nd roung after 3 months time and it was a coding round, and they asked me to develop a an application with database connection inserting and retrieving data with in 1 hour of time, I tried it and when I came to the end of the application I crossed 1 hour of time and they asked me to stop. and they rejected me , It was really surprising that as I crossed the time limit I was rejected, God help the employees of that company, I'm very happy that I was rejected , even though I got selected I would declined the offer.
