The company enjoys wasting your time with their lies. Initial screening call with HR went fine. HR lied about the reasoning of their recently eliminating Irvine California office. Second round with high level person was fine. Third round with two managers as HR claimed (another lie), one of them was way too young, eyes jittering, nervous on camera and asked young, “techie” questions but looked totally under pressure and not interested in being there. It was almost as if he was in a choke hold. The older established manager gave the truth about the company losing their Irvine office on camera, which exposed the HR lie. The same older manager said we want people to be happy here [at Black Knight], and I looked at the young guy who was jittering, visibly nervous, looked like a mound full of pressure, and I almost had to laugh on camera. Obviously, what they want is not what’s occurring inside this company, and the tremendous pressure within that younger, techie “manager” guy was a clear sign. Same job title that I applied for appeared on their careers website one day prior to a follow up call with HR. HR was (strangely) very nervous on the phone. I heard a big gulp/hard swallow on her side over the telephone and then she delayed the decision by one week. I didn’t learn until after that call that my position was reposted online. Hence, she probably thought I would interrogate her as she lied on the call. HR ignored both calls next week and replied by email with a lie about my original position being filled. HR had the audacity to say keep searching for careers page for more opportunities. Again, the same titled position was reposted on their careers website 8 days prior to her email rejection. Follow up email and calls about rejection feedback from the interviewers were ignored. Seems like internally they are doing very suspicious and shady moves with external candidates coupled with how a young “manager” is so nervous on camera says it all. He had fear in his eyes. Sounds quite dirty to me. HR person is hiding behind her lies. Makes perfect sense why they are losing physical offices. They will lose more.
