The first round was phone screen with hr, talked about what black mountain does and what this role is. The second round was take home SQL test, there is a time limit for this test once you start you have to finish in one hour but no deadline to finish. The third round was phone screen with a team member from implementation. I spoke with an engineer, he asked me a few questions about my resume and a few more SQL questions. Fourth round was onsite, SQL test on a computer for one and half hours, finance test on paper for one hour, group panel interview for another hour. Fifth round was culture fit, team lead would take you out with the team to have drinks or food, and casual talk. This seems to be a great company to work for, people are smart and nice, office is modern and well-designed, salary package is very competitive.
