I completed a phone screening, online application and filled out one of those archaic personality tests. From there I met with a regional manager and worked a pre-employment, trial shift. All seemed to go well but I never heard from them after that. Disappointed that they would not have the professionalism to let me know they were passing, but also not too surprised because the staff and other managers said "Run! This place is horrible and the guy interviewing you (Cisco) will make your life a living hell!" BW, perhaps you shouldn't let potential candidates for hire interact with your disgruntled staff and please show courtesy to folks who have invested their time to learn about open positions with your company.
