      Senior Account Representative Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BlackBerry (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2025

      Interview

3 rounds, initially a great and easy process through their QNX team but the recruiter was not good at communicating whatsoever. Went through all 3 rounds within a week and a half with great feedback after all of them. After my final interview they have kept me on the hook for 3 weeks stating that they're still doing interviews and will get back to me when they've made a decision. It's extremely unprofessional as I keep having to beg for a status update. I'm a real person looking for a job, don't keep me on the sidelines if you're not confident enough in my ability that you need to re-open the role. Just reject me, no harm no foul if I'm not the right fit. But this is just disrespectful of the time and energy I've invested.
