I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BlackRock (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2014
Interview
Screening, video interview, in-person Super Day. Super Day was with multiple people. Met with different senior folks of the team. Campus recruiting coordinated the whole thing. Took three weeks to get contacted for the interview. The first screening is just recording an answer to some questions on your own.

Question 1
What's going on in the markets? Mainly personality questions. A couple of questions on the dollar. Wanted to see how people react to questions. Wanted to see fit, as opposed to technical finance knowledge. Was not a technical finance role anyhow.
Too long, 5 rounds not including a recruiter screen and one panel interview with 2 people. Normal interviews but ridiculous process and the pay is not great for a trillion dollar company.
One online interview and three rounds of hirevue until an assessment centre in the offices and coding exam if applying to engineer roles in London. The interview was quite easy and straightforward; really happy with the results
