Long online form and then a Hire VUE video interview which asked fairly basic questions, mainly personality based. Unfortunate that they appear to hire their Investment graduates directly from their internships. The only advice I would give is prepare some answers for a generic set of interview questions but do not read directly off a sheet, it looks rehearsed and appears unprofessional
