-Then face to face including all the tools which I know. interviewers were lagging knowledge on latest technologies and agile process. they were sticking more to old tools and technologies. Also some questions came on people management

The interview process was professional from the first contact on LinkedIn trough all steps. The skill review was a bit harder. What I want to point out is that all people whit which I had contact were very pleasent.
