After applying, recorded video 3 questions, Skype one-on-one first round, then a 5-interview Superday in the office. Turnaround time after each interview was a few days, although I did not get an answer about the Superday for several weeks due to delays in the process

Lots of general questions about Blackrock, behavioral questions and interest gaging questions.
Too long, 5 rounds not including a recruiter screen and one panel interview with 2 people. Normal interviews but ridiculous process and the pay is not great for a trillion dollar company.
One online interview and three rounds of hirevue until an assessment centre in the offices and coding exam if applying to engineer roles in London. The interview was quite easy and straightforward; really happy with the results

1st round was online with 2 interviewers and 2nd round was in person with 2 other interviewers. Interview was to find out fit with the team. I was asked on financial knowledge as well as technical knowledge.
