I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BlackRock in May 2017
Interview
Applied online in October 2016 with a HireVue cover letter. Received an email about hiring extra interns at April 2017. I had a first round online interview with a director for 30min. Then I received notification of final round interview one day after. I can't fly to Seattle, so I had an online super day with 4 employees, 30 min each person. Then I received an offer two days later. Very efficient process. The staffs are very easy-going and ask me to relax.

Too long, 5 rounds not including a recruiter screen and one panel interview with 2 people. Normal interviews but ridiculous process and the pay is not great for a trillion dollar company.
