Went through a CV and interview process before being invited to a face to face interview at BlackRock headquarters. The interviewers were very friendly and it wasn't very stressful. Felt comfortable and pretty standard questions.

Why BlackRock and the role you applied for? Explain a time when you were confronted with a difficult customer and how you dealt with it?
Too long, 5 rounds not including a recruiter screen and one panel interview with 2 people. Normal interviews but ridiculous process and the pay is not great for a trillion dollar company.
One online interview and three rounds of hirevue until an assessment centre in the offices and coding exam if applying to engineer roles in London. The interview was quite easy and straightforward; really happy with the results
