You submit your CV, followed by a video interview that is very simple but quite awkward. I was invited for an interview at 6.30 am on Thanksgiving day - not the best timing but it was alright. The interviewers, however, were extremely rude and did not make me feel at ease or comfortable. I had two sets of 30 minute interviews, the first was ok but the second was really uncomfortable, he was very condescending and patronizing, immediately pointed out if I was lacking in something in a way that was bordering on aggressive. Not a positive experience at all.
