The firm took a long time to make decisions, i.e. weeks, when they promised a quicker turnaround, i.e. days.

The virtual cover at Blackrock for London office letter covers: 1. Why Blackrock? 2. Tell me about yourself (passions, interests and etc). There is no second attempt to re record your video

Interview
Initial video interview, recorded without face to face with any recruiters. Process was simple to follow and intuitive, gave the chance to use multiple takes. Questions were thought provoking and use of prep time was needed.
