Moderate difficulty,Time consuming. Make sure you prepare well for the aptitude test. There’s no negative marks so plan how you want to go ahead. I applied thorugh campus recruitment but did’nt go beyond apti round. If you are seriously considering joining blackrock i would suggest CAT level preparations for the aptitude.

Too long, 5 rounds not including a recruiter screen and one panel interview with 2 people. Normal interviews but ridiculous process and the pay is not great for a trillion dollar company.
One online interview and three rounds of hirevue until an assessment centre in the offices and coding exam if applying to engineer roles in London. The interview was quite easy and straightforward; really happy with the results
