For a company as prestigious as BlackRock, I am shocked how unprofessional the process was. First was a general HR call followed by 2, 30 min Webex interview with 2 people each. Webex interview was very straightforward, asked about experience, fit for position, etc. The role and what they were looking for was very different than what the job posting indicated. The interviewers were also very arrogant, they wore hoodies (which even in a covid world, struck me as extremely unprofessional for an interview) to the interview and did the Webex on their cell phones. No follow up or next steps were provided by interviewers or HR. I was essentially ghosted as well.

three rounds of interview, first round of video interview using hirevue, second round and third round are two face to face on-site ones. kind of simple and mostly CV based.
