Initially there were 2 telephone screening interviews followed by a series of 4 one on one 30 minute interviews. As I was successful, I was passed to a final set of interviews. These were 2 thirty minute video conferencing interviews with USA directors followed by 1 thirty minute interview with the hiring director in Edinburgh.
