Interview
BlackRock visited my college's campus to provide internships to students specifically in Computer Engineering related field. I had 2 interviews, 1st technical and 2nd HR. Both went pretty good. The interview revolved a lot around my resume and the basics of the programming languages I had mentioned about in my résumé.

Question 1
I had mentioned in my resume that I knew both SQL and MongoDB. So they asked me what were the shortcomings of SQL for which I had to shift to MongoDB.
The first process was the HireVue interview.
There were about 3-5 behavioural questions.
They gave me some time to prepare my answer.
I only had 5 days to respond after submitting the resume.
2 stage Hirevue focused on your knowledge of the company itself, and recent knew in the respective field of application. Followed by an aptitude test focused on your values and preferences, and a mathematical test focused on working with numbers and problem-solving.

Mainly, they ask basic questions on "why us?" and "what is the latest new related to BlackRock that caught your attention/got you interested".
You had 2-3 minutes to answer each question. Can't answer twice.
