I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BlackRock (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Sep 2018
Interview
I got a call from Blackrock through Linkedin. I had 2 telephonic technical rounds. Then I had F2F discussion in there Gurgaon office. There I had 2 technical rounds(One with offshore technical team and one with onshore technical team.). After that I have been told that feedback is positive. Then one F2F interview with offshore director and one more interview with onshore manger. So In total I gave 6 rounds of interviews. After all these discussion, I have been told that feedback is good and HR will give you a call. But nobody called. When I asked them for feedback, they said I am not selected and they have found some other candidate. ... I dont know the reason, when I ask there HR for the exact reason, they didnt reply back.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BlackRock (Luxembourg) in Apr 2026
Interview
Interview process went pretty fast
- email from HR to confirm salary expectations, desire to leave current employer
- 1st interview with hiring manager of 30 min
- 2nd and 3rd interview with Directors of 30min each
- 4th additional interview with another Director of 45min
Always in contact with HR and organisation of meeting was easy and pretty straightforward. Interviews themselves were also pretty chill and normal interview questions.
