Nothing too out of the ordinary; apply, phone screen and interview. The interview was three people in a row, same day. You're handled like cattle. The idea is to have different people in different groups interview you to determine where they see your fit.
What really annoyed me was how disorganized the process was. I had contact/emails with 4 people prior to the interview, which spoke to poor focus in the HR group. I received an incredibly silly, obnoxious email before the interview giving me "advice" like:
Dress appropriately
Be ready to answer questions
Research the company
If you have to tell candidates this, you have a recruiting problem. It was condescending, rude, and silly, and I almost canceled the interview after receiving it.
Further, they waited until the last minute to confirm interview times, and then, day of, made last minute calls to confirm I was coming. It was disorganized and annoying. Really awful HR department.
