I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BlackRock (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
Very chill. Seems like they like people who are outgoing and have a strong personality. I walked into the office and was met by my recruiter. She handed me my schedule for the day. I had 4 different interviewers. One went super in depth on my resume. One wanted to see how well I could carry the conversation. One just asked the main questions like "Why BlackRock." The last asked about my interests, and what I plan to do within the next 5 years and to elaborate on it. I didn't have any technicals at all.
