Interview
Met with a few people from BlackRock at a recruitment event, was called in to interview a week later. Everyone was very kind at the onsite, and seemed truly interested in what I have been working on.
They ask you about 3 questions, in which you have 2-3 minutes to prepare before recording your answer. You get 3 attempts to retry incase you aren't happy with your first recording.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you worked in a team to overcome a challenge.
Four interviews, forty five mins each. Met folks from different teams for their rotation program. Everyone was super smart and clearly excited about working there. Didn't end up taking the job because I decided to stay outside Chicago.
There was fitst technical round out of three round.
In my first round they asked a DSA Coding question. I do not quite remember the question that was asked, but it did not go well and was rejected.
