I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BlackRock (Princeton, NJ) in Nov 2018
Interview
Started with 30 minute video interview and then had a super day at the Princeton office with 3 different people. They asked mostly behavioral and some finance basic questions. Then I sat with an analyst and was able to ask her questions and watch her in her work for about 30 minutes. The interview process was very timely and everyone was very nice and straight forward.
