Hirevue, first round Skype, final round with 3 interviewers for 2 hours. For portfolio management summer analyst position. No technical questions, all behavioral and conversational. Thought it went well, but never heard back after 2 months despite having emailed all interviewers and HR. No status updates on site either. Annoying esp. since one of the interviewers gave me his email address and told me to reach out with questions, only to then not respond. Also I thought it was strange I wasn’t given any technical questions, makes you question how fair their hiring process is!!

The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
