Interview process involves 3 recorded video interviews. When submitting an application, you have the opportunity to apply to 2 roles. If one of these roles is located in a foreign country, then the first recorded interview would need to be in that country's primary language.

After completing the online test, I was asked to take a pre-recorded interview. In the pre-recorded interview, they had two questions which were quite straightforward. For each question, you have 2 minutes to think and 1.5 minutes to answer. I applied for the programme analyst in two different sectors had thus had two pre-recorded interviews. However, both asked the same questions.

The interview process was quick, it took 2 weeks for the entire process. People seemed to be nice and easy to talk with during an interview. All questions were general questions, company culture, why BlackRock etc.
