Brief Hirevue interview. They asked 2 questions. Everyone was very simple and straightforward. I believe that the process was well done and quite fair. The next phase is real interviews where they ask harder questions and more strongly consider you.

It was fair. They give you a lot more time than your traditional Hirevue process in regards to actually preparing for the question. It wasn't too bad though just make sure you are comfortable on camera. That is the hardest part talking to yourself.
