They asked questions about what was currently interesting in the news and how that related back to Blackrock as a firm and their ethos/values. It was a virtual interview that I never heard back from in the end.

First stage was VR cover letter. Then invited for a phone interview which lasted an hour with 2 half an hour interviews. Final round interview was an hour with 2 half an hour interviews as well, mainly CV based. Took 3 weeks to get back to me, despite saying it would take less than 2.
