I then Got a call interview with the hiring manager
It was an Efficient process.

First round HR phone screening
Second round hiring manager
Third round head of trading
Final round meeting all team members and desk heads from other region
Given the amount of time I have invested, it’s a bit disappointing that HR became unresponsive when I asked for more concrete feedback
