it was cool and friendly.The expression on the left of the ``or`` operator is evaluated first: if the result is ``True``,
Python does not (and need not) evaluate the expression on the right — this is called *short-circuit evaluation*.
Similarly, for the ``and`` operator, if the expression on the left yields ``False``,
Python does not evaluate the expression on the right. So there are no unnecessary evaluations.
HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
