I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BlackRock (New York, NY) in May 2012
Interview
Very standard interview process - submitted resume through an employee at the company and awaited a response from the company. Was contacted by an HR person and then told when to show up for an interview. I met with more than one person, each of whom asked me interesting questions. Ultimately, I must not have answered them correctly because I didn't get the job.
Video Interview, I still have not heard back from them and it has been a week so I do not know how it went. Still got to hit 30 words so i am going to keep writing.
