Interview
Firstly do a video interview, which is done by yourself and send to them. Then one round phone interview and two rounds of video interview. Phone interview by HR. And two rounds of interview with the recruiting team. With VP and Asso first and then Director. The asso and VP do the interview together and the director asked about technical question more while juniors focus more on behavioral questions.

HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
