Got Ghosted after the interviews. No response from HR despite following up. Wasted my time going through 3 round of interviews with an unprofessional approach to recruitment to make the candidate ungone such a negative experience. Tier 1 firm but tier 3 recruitment processes. Was expecting much better experience but nah.

I did an HR phone screening, it was nothing much, just asked general questions (like background)
Then I got the interview in person. It was quite easy, not too pressured
The interviewers told me what the job was about, what their roles were, etc.
At the end, they provided me a feedback: I don't have direct experience in the financial industry (so would you invite me in to this round)
