Didn't' see any interviews posted for the BPI role so thought this might help someone. The process took over a month. I got a call from the recruiter couple weeks after applying online and had an initial phone screen interview. I had three interviews with the team members including a director and two VPs. The interviews went well and were behavioral however the communication from the recruiter was not great. Finally got an automated email saying they didn't consider me for the job. Two out of three interviewers were fairly good and it was more of a conversation vs interview. The last interviewer seemed to be fairly new in her role and asked generic behavioral questions. Seemed like it was her first time conducting an interview and it seemed robotic.

It took a few weeks and interviews. The process started with a screening call, then a longer interview, in person. For the in-person interview, they had three or four different senior-level employees ask questions and observe how you answer case studies and behavioral questions.
