Uneasy: The interviewers were going crazy on technical questions and at some point they stopped paying attention on the answers I was giving. I guess my answers weren't up to par.

What are Blackrock principles and how does it tie to your experience? Then some technical questions on bonds, equities and trading approaches.
HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
