Interview
Online application, then Virtual CodeVue interview (leetcode style questions, python only, fairly straightforward like leetcode easy), then a virtual interview where they asked behavioral questions (e.g. why work here, what would you do in xx situation)
Pretty simple, just the basic fit and motivation questions, like why blackrock, why the division, team situations - conflict, good times, data to solve problem, and commercial awareness questions asking whats going on in the markets and a piece of news you found interesting.

2 stages of interviews after hirevue stage. Round 1 interview was mainly behavioural asking questions like what would you do if you have a conflicting deadline etc. 2nd round interview was more technical and tested commercial awareness
