Right after you submit your cv you'll receive an email inviting you to submit a virtual cover letter through Hirevue. You'll get this email for each position you have applied to. I don't know what happens next because I was cut
HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
