Purely behavioral questions with very little to no technical questions. Focused on scenario-based questions that relate to BLK's core principles. Learn about their culture and their core principles from their website.
Predominantly anecdotal questions and the classic ‘why blackrock’ question. First round: i led most of the interview as I was only asked questions for the first 10 minutes and I was left with 20 minutes left to keep asking questions.
