I applied when BlackRock came for campus placement at my university, the process was fairly simple, one online test shortlist ( I'm guessing based on cgpa and resume), one technical online test, interview ( 1 technical round and 1 HR round).

They asked me questions based on my resume, prev internships, projects done, etc
They ask you about 3 questions, in which you have 2-3 minutes to prepare before recording your answer. You get 3 attempts to retry incase you aren't happy with your first recording.

Tell me about a time you worked in a team to overcome a challenge.
Four interviews, forty five mins each. Met folks from different teams for their rotation program. Everyone was super smart and clearly excited about working there. Didn't end up taking the job because I decided to stay outside Chicago.
There was fitst technical round out of three round.
In my first round they asked a DSA Coding question. I do not quite remember the question that was asked, but it did not go well and was rejected.
