I applied online. I interviewed at BlackRock (London, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
I got to the final round interview and unfortunately I didn't pass. The questions were pretty technical and difficult, but the people interviewing me were very nice and patient. It's definitly more stressfull that they were the managers but again understandable.

The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
