It was a video interview at first. Great questions - about why I am interested in the firm and the role. Communication from the company was clear and straightforward. There were three questions and 90 seconds to respond to each question.

Interview
Still confused. Am someone with 15 years of work experience, majority of which within financial services. Interviewer asked to start with most relevant experience, which I did, then she cut in, asking about the university and motivation behind my first job. Then there was very little time left to elaborate on the role specific experience, which then seemed fatal, as she rejected the application stating I did not have enough role specific experience. Flabbergasted, given this interviewer was senior management. Probably saved me from a bullet though.

Video Interview, initial video recording followed by phone interview followed by video calls with three different people around the world. All had interesting experiences and were overall very nice.
