It was a casual interview process where they mostly asked about myself and why finance. It was hard to gauge how well I was doing and I had to be prepared to carry the conversation in certain rounds.

There are 3 rounds (CV and 2 interviews). I apply via Minddiak, got a phone interview with that web and got the first interview with 2 people from Blackrock, 1 is manager and 1 is specialist if I remember correctly

Introduce yourself, basic interview questions and heavy technical questions (definition of alternative investment, the difference between alternative and traditional investment, which investment do you think offers high liquidity than another, types of alternative investment,... Basically, they asked technical + knowledge related questions for 2/3 of the interview
First is an application form in which you must fill out personal information, then comes a HireVue video interview with several questions requiring 3 minute, spoken, answers. This stage then leads to a review, which takes may weeks to assess.
